The American Hospital of Paris is a unique and international hospital. As a private not-for-profit institution of recognized public benefit, the American Hospital of Paris receives no subsidies from either the French or American government. Its primary goal is to bring together, in Paris, the best of French and American medical practices.
The quality of care is recognized internationally, and we are very proud to be the only institution to have both American and French government health authority certifications (from the Haute Autorité de Santé for France and from the Joint Commission in the United States).
For over a century, the American Hospital of Paris has been expanding, developing, innovating, and acquiring the latest state-of-the-art equipment, thanks to its operational results and the generosity of its French, American and international donors, both private and corporate.
