Continuous Medical Supervision

All of our Unit’s nephrologists are accredited by the American Hospital of Paris and have extensive experience in the management and treatment of kidney disease, regardless of its severity.

A nephrologist is on duty in the Dialysis Center for the duration of daytime sessions, and at the beginning of evening sessions.

Our nephrologists are included on a specific on-call list so they can be reached by phone 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency.

Nephrology consultations are available daily.

Our nephrologists have specific on-duty hours and are able to satisfy consultation requests quickly, whether for chronic patients or in the event of an emergency.

A Dialysis Center Specially Designed for European and International Patients

Ever since it opened in 2007, one of the priorities of the Dialysis Center has been to make dialysis available to all patients, whether foreign, European or from the provinces, in Paris for business or pleasure and who wish to be treated at the American Hospital of Paris.

Patients can easily obtain information and reserve their stay by phone or email with help from our French / English bilingual administrative assistants.

Receiving treatment is made easier by:

  • The presence of various structures dedicated to serving international patients, including English-speaking, Japanese, Arab, Chinese and Russian
  • On-site assistance with paperwork and other formalities
  • Large number of international insurance plans accepted

Patients also benefit from the entire medical infrastructure of the American Hospital of Paris, an international hospital accredited by the American Joint Commission.
