Exercise is constantly recommended as a way to improve health – cardiovascular health in particular. But many sports require special equipment and most of all, free time. American researchers have developed a seven-minute high-intensity training circuit that uses body weight alone. The program consists of a series of twelve thirty-second movements and contractions alternating with ten-second breaks. The full circuit lasts seven minutes and can be repeated two to three times depending on how much time you have. The effectiveness of this program has been proven in terms of both overall and cardiovascular health.
