The American Hospital of Paris has been providing emergency healthcare services to patients from around the globe for over a century. In the past years and with the rise in global mobility, patients in serious condition from around the world have chosen to be treated in the ICU Department of the American Hospital of Paris, known for its bilingual staff and compliance with the highest medical safety and care standards. The American Hospital of Paris has been providing emergency healthcare services in connection with medical evacuations to patients from around the world, and demand has gone up sharply in recent years.
Since early 2020, the American Hospital of Paris has seen an increasing need to offer international assistance and insurance partners quick and effective management services to facilitate the arrival of patients in the ICU Department. In addition to the international experience of our ICU teams, we have developed strong partnerships with the world’s largest insurance and assistance companies. This enables us to assist our partners by admitting patients within the shortest possible timeframe thanks to a 7/7/365 hotline and dedicated ICU beds for international medevacs.
To support our international assistance and insurance partners and answer their call, MEDEVAC by American Hospital of Paris is an operational unit dedicated to admitting patients referred by our international medical partners in the shortest time possible, featuring continuous ICU bed availability and a hotline operating seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The American Hospital of Paris delivers care according to the highest US American and French medical standards under the supervision of bilingual and ACLS-certified teams.
