Smoker and ex-smoker assessment

This assessment, combined with our general medical assessment, is for all patients who smoke or have quit smoking in the last 15 years. Patients are referred to a smoking cessation or addiction specialist during the assessment, as needed.

The smoker assessment includes a consultation with an ENT specialist and three tests to screen for tobacco-induced diseases, given the particularly high risk of cancer in smokers.
