Information regarding your Hospitalization
In any case, you will receive a call the day before your hospitalization to confirm your arrival time.
For hospitalization in Surgery Day Hospital (Surgery Outpatient Unit), please go directly to the secretariat of the Surgery Outpatient Unit located in building C, 2nd floor.
For hospitalization in Medical Day Hospital (Medical Outpatient Unit), please go directly to the secretariat located on the 2nd floor opposite elevator A.
For conventional hospitalization:
- if you already completed the pre-admission process, please go to the main reception of the Hospital to be accompanied directly to your room;
- otherwise, go to one of the admissions desks located in the Reception Hall.
PRE-OPERATIVE AND PRE-HOSPITALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS
Given the evolution of the Covid-19 epidemic, COVID screening by PCR is no longer systematically required before hospitalization. It may however be requested by your doctor depending on your state of health.
A RT-PCR test is still recommended in the following cases:
- For patients (with no history of COVID less than 8 weeks) with symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, even minor ones, as soon as they appear
- For patients who have been in contact with a case of COVID-19 or in the event of a cluster, between 2 and 4 days after contact
If your doctor gave you other instructions, please respect them.
MASK AND HEALTH INSTRUCTIONS
To protect each othe, wearing a face is still required in certain departments within the hospital or if you are in one of the following categories:
- You have symptoms of an ENT or respiratory infection
- You are at risk for developing a severe form of COVID-19 or you are immunocompromised
- You have been exposed to someone with COVID-19
With the exception of minors, accompanying persons are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
VISITS
Due to the health situation, visits to hospitalized patients are authorized between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Only one visitor per day and per patient is admitted. Children are not allowed.

The pedestrian entrance is located at:

Our visitor parking structure and drop-off area is located at:
40 rue Chauveau, 92 200 Neuilly-sur-Seine
Paid Parking. Free valet parking will be available from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm. Your vehicle will be brought to a nearby parking lot and returned to you when you are ready to leave the Hospital.
A porter is also on hand to assist you with your baggage or call a taxi for you.
